For all Jumbo home purchase or refi or refi cashout loans, above rate quotes are based on: loan amount $750,000, Loan to Value Ratio 75%. All  borrowers have 800 or plus middle credit score, 40% or less debt to income ratio, 2 year stable income, enough down payment and reserve, US citizen, permanent resident borrowers, loan has escrow account for tax and insurance, single family home in a established community, other underwriting requirement may need.
